Jason J. Baird was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on September 15, 1963. He graduated from the University of Alabama (B.S. 1986) and the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 1992). After law school, Jason clerked for the Honorable Charles Thigpen, Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. Jason concentrates his practice in insurance defense, general civil litigation, mortgage lending litigation, real estate litigation, insurance analysis and litigation, and appellate practice.
