Woodrow Eugene "Gene" Howard, III, a native of Mobile, Alabama, born on July 8, 1964. Gene was admitted to the alabama bar in 1990. His B.S. in Public Administration was received from Samford University in 1978 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 1990. Gene has traveled, consulted and lectured extensively worldwide.
