Clifton E. Slaten, a founding partner of Slaten & O'Connor, was born in Cullman, Alabama, on January 12, 1956. He was admitted to the Texas bar in 1987, the Alabama bar in 1990, and the Tennessee bar in 2005. He received his B.B.A. with honors from the University of Montevallo in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1987. Cliff maintains memberships in the State Bar of Texas, the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Cliff concentrates his practice in financial services litigation, product liability, pest control litigation, mental health, construction defect, securities litigation and white collar criminal.
