Michael B. O'Connor, a founding partner of Slaten & O’Connor, was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on December 6, 1960. He was admitted to the bar in 1989. Mike received his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1983 and 1989 respectively. While still a law student, Mike was an instructor in Labor Law for the University of Alabama, College of Commerce and Business Administration. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association. Mike concentrates his practice in financial services, general business, economic development, commercial real estate and international law.
