Thomas Eric Ponder, born on June 21, 1964 in Sylacauga, Alabama. He was admitted to the Alabama bar in 1990 and the Georgia bar in 1996. He received his B.A. from Auburn University in 1986 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Alabama State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the DeKalb County (GA) Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. His concentrations are Personal Injury Litigation, Fraud and Bad Faith, Medical Malpractice, Business Litigation and Family Law.
