Of Counsel is Thomas Bailey Smith, born Harlan, Kentucky on February 27, 1959. Thomas was admitted to the South Carolina bar in 1993, the Pennsylvania bar in 1999; and admitted to the 4^th Circuit Court of Appeals 1994. He received a B.A. from the University of Kentucky 1982, USAF Captain DOS in October 1990 and a J.D., cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association, ABA Labor and Employment Section. His concentration is litigation, labor and employment law and financial services litigation.
