The firm’s members have represented professional and business clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal regulatory boards and agencies. Several members have served as general counsel for administrative agencies either in past positions as Assistant Attorney General or in private practice by contract with the agency. In those cases in which adverse administrative agency action is taken agains our client, the firm takes aggressive action to obtain judicial review and reversal of unreasonable, arbitrary, or capricious agency action or agency action characterized by an abuse of discretion or by a clearly unwarranted exercise of discretion. When defending the agency or board we are just a zealous in our defense and commitment to uphold its decisions.
