Alternative Dispute Resolution

Three members of the firm have been trained as mediators.  Several lawyers in the firm have mediated cases numbering into the hundreds from Maryland to Arizona.  One of the firm members has gone through the arbitration training with the American Arbitration Association.  Additionally, members of the firm have arbitrated cases in multiple jurisdictions.  The firm stands ready to serve as a neutral or as an advocate to assist in resolution of disputes without going to trial.
