The handling of trials and trial related matters is an important part of the firm's practice. The firm recognizes, even with increasing specialization within the legal profession, the skills of trial lawyers — in negotiations and the trial of cases, and in utilizing other means of resolving disputes — are extremely important.

The firm is experienced in virtually every type of general civil ligation in both federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies. The firm also represents clients before state and federal regulatory bodies and advises business clients in a non-adversarial setting regarding certain litigation related matters such as employee-employer relations, creditors' rights and constitutional law issues.
