Pest Control Litigation

Pest control has long been a main stay of the firm's litigation practice.  Virtually all of the attorneys in the firm have handled some degree of pest control related matters.  Four of the attorneys frequently speak at regional, state and national pest management related conferences.  The firm has litigated cases in 30 states and Puerto Rico.  The firm has had numerous defense verdicts in litigated matters.  The firm has arbitrated cases in Alabama and several other states and has mediated countless others in over a dozen states.  The firm has probably handled upwards of 500 pest control lawsuits.  There is a member of the firm that is a licensed pest control operator.  There is a member of the firm that is in the Phi Chi Omega (P.O.) professional pest fraternity.  The firm is familiar with the regulators in the states it practices and has utilized all of the reputable experts around the nation.
